It is important that pupils and parents are aware of how we encourage children conduct themselves in order to create a safe, happy and productive learning atmosphere.

At Welland Academy, we have three main rules.

• Be Respectful
• Be Safe

We talk about what these three rules mean and celebrate when our pupils go 'over and above' demonstrating their understanding of these rules.
